As a Senior Healthcare BA , you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:
Understand customer requirements along with identifying the risks, gaps if any and translate business requirements into functional specifications for software development
Work with the development team to build and translate functional requirements to technical requirements
Scope, groom, and prioritize work to ensure releases meet business value
Liaise between customer and offshore development team to understand, refine, and manage project expectations
Assist with researching key areas, POV, Thought Leadership articles, blogs, and case studies
Provide required support to the Sales team with new proposals, responses to the queries, and preparation for customer meetings
Provide support to Proficiencies and Practices in building new tools, accelerators, solutions, etc. based on the needs of the industry
Conduct periodic training sessions for peers for efficient knowledge management
Education
Engineering Degree - BE, BTech, BCS
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
Mandatory Skills
Should have hands-on experience in any oneor more sub-sectors of healthcare such as provider market in healthcaretechnology
Must have the ability to provideexpert-level consultation to healthcare providers on strategic initiatives,process optimization, and performance improvement
Should be able to conduct comprehensiveanalyses of healthcare provider workflows to identify opportunities forefficiency gains, cost reduction, and enhanced patient care
Must stay abreast of healthcare regulationsand standards, and ensure that healthcare providers adhere to compliancerequirements
Should have skills in collaborating withproviders to integrate technology solutions into the workflows, optimize theuse of Electronic Health Records (EHRs), Health Information Exchange (HIE), andother healthcare technologies
Must be able to utilize data analytics toextract actionable insights from healthcare data, and support evidence-baseddecision making
Should have proficiency in conductingtraining sessions and educational programs for healthcare provider staff, andalso ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed foroptimal performance
Must have experience of working in AgileSDLC mode
Desired Skills
Familiarity with workflow, data analysis ispreferred
Knowledge of SQL will be preferred
Experience in design, build, implementation,and support of healthcare IT systems for payers, providers or medicaltechnology customers is an added advantage
